Sweetwater One Twenty Three: Your Go-To Destination for American Brunch and Beer

This is a great place to get a good meal with wonderful staff. They were busy, but we were able to sit at the bar right away. Grouper Bites were a delicious appetizer, the Shrimp and Grits, along with the Lobster Ravioli. We were looking for something good and different for a Sunday lunch and y'all delivered. We will be back!

Great little place for a girls' lunch. A friend of mine recommended it and I love to try new places. She had an omelet and there was none left. I had the french toast and it was delicious - not too thick and I like that the syrup is served separately. The cappaccinos were delicious. I had the peppermint mocha it was perfect and served in a large cup. Maria was a server and she was wonderful! I had initially ordered a vanilla cappaccino and requested to add peppermint. She happily adjusted my order without charge. Definitely recommend this place!

A wonderful touch of elegance in downtown Summerville. I cannot remember when I enjoyed such fine food and only surpassed by service of my waiter Liam. Polite, attentive never letting anything get empty. Delightful manners and making sure if we wanted a to go beverage. In today's fast pace world a relaxing environment with high quality food, portions, and service. Offering excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options!

I found this place on Google while sitting in my doctor's office and I'm glad I decided to go. The food was delicious. Normally I end up taking something home, no matter where I go but I ate everything. My husband and I got the potato cakes for an appetizer. He got the hand cut ribeye and I got the lobster ravioli. Our server was great. She was friendly and attentive. This place was a little more expensive than where we normally eat but it was well worth it. The only negative thing I can say is that the place is 1hr and 15 minutes from my home. We will definitely be coming back!

This place hits my taste buds perfectly! My husband loved my soup and his fries but wasn't a huge fan of his omelette. I got the three cheese grilled cheese with fried okra and a cup of tomato basil soup and everything was amazing, that soup was hearty(just as the server described) and my new favorite. My husband got the meat lovers omelette and French fries, the omelette wasn't bad just wasn't the greatest. Our server(I swear it was Makayla) was so sweet and gave us tips for the area we're moving to! She made the experience even more enjoyable!

Great place to eat! This was actually the 2nd time I had been here... both times for lunch. The place is pretty popular so be prepared for a short wait. They did give us a pager so we could do some local shopping while we waited. We had a party of 4. Very good menu! There were lots of good lunch items and it was hard to make a choice. I had the Heartbreak Applewood BLT... Absolutely incredible! Others in my party had the Meat Lovers Omelet, Lickin Chicken Salad and the Tuna Melt. No complaints at the table. The service was also very good. Our server was friendly, took our orders promptly and never let our drinks run out! Atmosphere was nice... See photos. I definitely recommend you give them a visit!
